HLPF 2025
YCL's Executive Director Cory Witter is at the High-Level Political Forum in New York City in July! This conference focuses on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It's a great opportunity to connect with partners and friends working on the climate movement.
Cory participated in the the Fostering Sustainable Economic Development through Social Equity & Environmental Stewardship and Gender Equality: The Key Ingredient for SDG2030 side events. Additionally, throughout the week Cory followed the main room event.

People For Education
In June, Siobhan had the amazing opportunity to be part of roundtable discussions for People for Education's recently announced initiative, The Education Promise. "The Education Promise seeks to address the challenge of siloed policy development in education by developing systemic, upstream policy solutions with a broad base of cross-sector and jurisdictional support." We are thrilled to have Siobhan contributing perspectives on youth engagement and climate education!
