Youth Climate Lab presents…

Operation COP (OpCOP) is a 10-week professional development program that will equip 30 equity-seeking (women and gender diverse) youth in Canada to develop technical skills for a career in international climate work. 

The program will be hybrid and will include: 

  • a 10-week training series, 

  • a seminar series with guest speakers, and 

  • two in-person convenings
