Youth Climate Lab & Climate Reality Project Canada present
Operation COP (OpCOP) is a 10-week professional development program that will equip 30 equity-seeking (women and gender diverse) youth in Canada to develop technical skills for a career in international climate work.
Climate Reality Project Canada (CRPC) and Youth Climate Lab (YCL) are working in partnership to design and implement this impactful program.
The program is based upon Climate Reality Project International’s highly successful youth negotiation training, which has been implemented in places including Ghana, Brazil and Argentina. Together, CRPC and YCL are adapting this training program to the Canadian context.
The program will be hybrid and will include:
a 10-week training series,
a seminar series with guest speakers, and
two in-person convenings
Application Deadline: TKTKTK
