CRC CLIMATE FINANCE LETTER
“We have observed that the absence of adequate climate financing is the main obstruction to the adaptation and mitigation processes of the severe impacts of climate change which aggravates the overall struggle of Bangladesh as a developing country.”
Climate finance is an important tool to enable climate justice, and the Climate Resilience Collective (CRC) Associates in the Bay of Bengal understand the urgent need for this work and the resources climate finance offers. Bangladesh is a climate vulnerable community that is already hit hard by climate change, and needs to see urgent action on an international scale. After engaging in a climate finance workshop, these Associates collaborated on a letter detailing their key demands of leaders at COP26.
